Concrete Foreman

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our crew on commercial and residential projects. The right candidate will have hands-on experience in layout and finishing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.

Location :

  • Middletown, NY, USA

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and direct concrete crews on job sites
  • Perform and oversee layout, forming, pouring, and finishing
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
  • Read and interpret construction drawings (preferred)
  • Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and crew assignments
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and crew members
  • Maintain a safe and productive job site

    • Requirements :

  • Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a lead role
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation.
  • Must be willing to undergo drug screening in accordance with local law and regulations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of concrete layout, finishing, and construction practices
  • Ability to read construction plans (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

    • Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
