JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Schedule appointments for potential clients face to face to meet with sales representatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments in the company's database.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets to support the sales team's goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.
Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, customer service, renewable energy, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients.
- Demonstrating customer empathy is a key attribute for this role.
- Being a team player and showing motivation to learn are important qualities for success in this position.
