Job Description :
The IMS division enables leading multinational companies and government agencies to modernize, optimize, and protect the world’s most complex hybrid environments.
As part of the IMS division, the marketing operations manager acts as an executioner to help the marketing team deliver on their initiatives across various channels and to measure results to inform future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the IMS portion of our Marketing Automation Platforms (Eloqua, HubSpot, Knak) and any integrations with other parts of the tech stack.
Produce campaign elements (emails, landing pages, forms, segments, campaign canvases, add-to-calendar, etc.)
Manage all marketing external comms : (Eloqua, HubSpot, Knak)
Product updates and EOL / EOS notifications to customers (transactional)
Event registration pages, invites, reminders and thank you emails
Webinar invites, reminders and thank you emails
Gated content
Customer newsletters
QA all campaign elements, peer review, get stakeholder approval and publish / deploy finalized campaign elements
Webinars - schedule, prep. presenters, host and report results
Manage agency relationships and project manage any work handed off to agency partners
Scrub and import contact lists from external sources such as content syndication and events
Reporting and dashboards : webinar results, email metrics, asset views / downloads
Requirements & Qualifications :
BS / MS degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, business, or a related field and 12+ years of experience in marketing operations.
MBA preferred and 10+ years of experience in marketing operations
Expertise in building, deploying, managing, and optimizing landing pages and customer communications.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation software (Eloqua, HubSpot, Knak)

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $189,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
