Job Description :
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
As Sr Manager, Mini Splits Sales, you will be responsible for achieving team sales goals for the Lennox Residential HVAC minisplits product category.
This successful candidate will support a critical growth initiative within Lennox and lead a team of 15 minisplits sales managers distributed throughout North America.
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual who proactively takes ownership of responsibilities and demonstrates situational adaptability.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Develop comprehensive sales strategies and budgets to achieve product category sales goals
Review and authorize sales agreements, considering factors such as profitability and strategic alignment
Potentially engage in direct sales activities with priority accounts
Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related sales experience.
Ductless HVAC Product Category experience a plus.
Must have an understanding of the business impact of sales contracts and selling expenses.
Must be able to manage the work of North America-based field sales team members to optimize performance.
Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
Requires substantial industry and product knowledge.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
Qualifications :
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.
Requires at least 3 years experience as a manager.
Requires full understanding of approaches to assessing and improving the customer value proposition. Must be able to creatively apply extensive marketing knowledge including branding, product life-cycle, competitive positioning and communications.
Expert in analysis and decisions regarding the most complex or high impact aspects of product and brand marketing. Requires strong cross-functional leadership abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Must have strong people management skills.

The Compensation range is a base salary plus commission structure with bonus eligibility that is approximately $133,000 -174,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
