Rocky Mountain Public Media is looking for a talented Digital Experience Director who embraces our vision of creating a Colorado where everyone is seen and heard.
This person will lead a team of digital producers, developers, data analysts, and designers to deliver the best online user experience and create a memorable, engaging, and friendly digital experience that makes a lasting impact on the digital scene.

About The Role
As the Director - Digital Experience, you will partner with the Chief Digital Officer in leading the strategy, design, and implementation of our digital products that enhance friend and user engagement across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with our objectives and key results.
Lead a team of digital content producers to create and distribute innovative content across multiple platforms.
Oversee UX / UI design ensure consistency and quality across multiple platforms.
Elevate the websites to deliver an immaculate experience focused on personalization and exploration.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product / brand teams to integrate digital initiatives.
Lead data initiatives and analyze data and feedback to continuously improve our digital experiences.
Manage budget and resources for digital initiatives.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of our digital initiatives.
Enforce A / B testing to make recommendations to increase friend engagement
About You
Minimum Qualifications of Position
7-10 years of experience in digital product management, data analytics, web management or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Expertise in UX / UI design principles and methodologies
Advanced knowledge of the user-centered approach
Diverse, inclusive and equitable mindset
Ability to fail fast, inspect, and adapt

Work Environment
This position works within a hybrid model shifting between in office, studio, editing, and / or field environments. This position must be able to work a flexible schedule with occasionally long hours including some evenings and weekends.
