HireBetter’s client helps in-house legal teams save time, reduce legal expenses, and improve attorney relationships. Their team of experienced attorneys identify excessive charges and billing errors, then cooperatively work with outside counsel to correct the bill.
The Role
We seek a highly motivated and experienced legal services Sales Executive to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our legal bill review services to companies with revenues over $500,000,000.
The primary target market for this role will be the General Counsel, Head of Legal Operations, and the CFO of these companies.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations and persuasively presenting the value of our legal bill review services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients within the target market of companies with revenues over $500,000,000 or Annual outside council spend over $2,000,000
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers, including the General Counsel, Head of Legal Operations, and CFO
- Understand the needs and challenges of these potential clients and tailor sales presentations accordingly
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of our legal bill review services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Qualifications
- 10+ years minimum of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling legal or professional services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Experience working with C-level executives and in-house counsel a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM systems and logging everything
- Ability to travel to conferences and key meetings up 25 Days per year
