We are in search of a Logistics / Chargebacks Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, based in Torrance, California.
This role involves managing logistics, processing chargebacks, and ensuring smooth operations within our team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage logistics and distribution processes to maintain efficient operations.
- Handle chargebacks and resolve related issues promptly and effectively.
- Process and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to maintain accurate records and perform data analysis as required.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Amazon Vendor Central including shortage claims, price claims, inventory disposal, and returns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and other financial transactions.
- Analyze and report on day-to-day Amazon order fulfillment and portal metrics.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately.
- Use your skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to maintain and analyze data.
- Possess a solid understanding of logistics and distribution operations.
- Demonstrable experience in handling chargebacks and related claims processing.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams for smooth operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address logistics and chargeback issues promptly.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational skills for effective logistics management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
