Position Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including sales forecasting, creating reports from Salesforce and ensuring the sales team is maintaining accurate sales activity records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assist sales leaders with pipeline development and opportunity identification; compilation of lead lists and analysis of market opportunities.

Analyze and report on customer performance and customer experience

Assist sales team in compliance with sales processes and policy execution.

Complete appropriate sales role assignments within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Ensure proper completion of contracts, marketing agreements, and documentation of sales targets.

Perform a multitude of data analysis and entry tasks pertaining to the sales process.

Create and deliver forecasting, pipeline, sales, and KPI reports as required by the business.

Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to track plan performance and metrics.

Provide support to the sales and marketing department.

Create and maintain records of customer interactions to support sales reporting and forecasting.

Provide accurate and timely sales opportunity forecasts to the management team.

Monitor, assess, enter opportunities, and report on sales performance and activities using Salesforce and other reporting tools.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in the telecom industry. Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and relationship building / maintaining, time management and organizational skills;

along with strong financial and business acumen. The combination of education and experience should be significant. This is a hybrid position requiring both remote and office work as well as customer site visits.

Willingness to travel as required by customer demands.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree and / or 3+ years of relevant work in sales, strategic account management, or customer service.

Proficient in presenting data with effective communication and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience working with a CRM.

Desired Qualifications

5+ years of telecom sales and / or analytics experience.

Experience working in Salesforce.
