Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Principal Management Assistant Confidential is to provide advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative and management support to the Chief Innovation & Technology Officer (CITO) and the IST department.
Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment. Coordinates projects, correspondence, reports and fiscal procedures for the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration or a related field, plus three (3) years of progressively more responsible related professional and / or administrative experience in either the public or private section, required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Additional related professional experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
