Location : Lincoln, NE

Salary : $37,500 - $50,000 / year + Bonus Potential

⏳ Schedule : Full-time (40 hours / week)

Hours : Monday-Thursday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Friday 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing :

✅ Preparing legal documents (complaints, motions, responses, etc.)

✅ Managing service of legal documents and ensuring compliance with deadlines

✅ Filing garnishments, continuing liens, and notices of extension

✅ Communicating professionally via phone and email with debtors, employers, banks, court staff, and judges

✅ eFiling documents in the Nebraska Justice System

✅ Conducting investigations to locate individuals and businesses

✅ Multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

✅ Assisting attorneys with case files, scheduling, and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For :

Education & Experience :

• Associate’s degree OR equivalent work experience in a legal setting
• 1+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience (civil court experience preferred)
