Position Summary :

Credit One Bank is looking for a career-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Communications team. The Graphic Designer III reports to the Senior Manager, Creative Services, and is responsible for taking print and digital creative projects from concept to completion with some direction and guidance.

The ideal candidate is a team player that closely collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop, design, and launch campaigns that support the brand voice and strategy.

Summary of Essential Job Functions :

• Partner and collaborate with internal clients and business leaders across the organization to design effective marketing campaigns across all internal and external channels while adhering to the Bank's mission, vision, and values
• Follow brand guidelines and act as a steward of the brand
• Responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of creative materials
• Develop and execute design solutions that are fresh, innovative, and market-driven
• Explore and implement emerging technologies, design trends, and techniques
• Present creative concepts, strategy, and rationale to all levels of the organization in a meeting or group setting
• Utilize project management system and processes to maintain efficient and organized delivery of creative assets
• Comfortable supporting multichannel campaign development as well as production-style projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements :

• Full time attendance on-site (Las Vegas)
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar area of study with a digital portfolio
• 4-6 years of experience working in-house or at an agency
• Experience creating work for print and digital (mobile, web, video)
• Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, integrity, and collaboration
• Experience with banking or financial services industry a plus, but not required. Must have a transferable skillset

Skills :

• Proficiency with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Understand and leverage the fundamentals of graphic design including but not limited to typography, photography, illustration, composition, and color theory - understand design systems
• Exceptional written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills
• Solution-oriented with creative approach to problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Collaborative and productive as a team player while also comfortable working alone
• Adaptable to change with ability to inspire business transformation and team camaraderie
• Balance creativity with business acumen
• Motion graphics experience preferred
• Experience with data visualization and Figma a plus, but not required
