A busy, Family Owned Casual Restaurant in the West Bend is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to Help Lead their Kitchen.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities :
- Hire, Train and Coach Kitchen Staff
- Manage Food Inventories and Food Costs
- Practice and Enforce Food Safety
- Place Orders and Establish Pars to Keep Adequate Inventory Levels
- Work Shoulder to Shoulder with Team On the Line-Hands On!
Kitchen Manager Qualifications :
3+ Years of Experience as a KM in a High-Volume, Corporate Full-Service Restaurant ConceptSolid Tenure, No More than 2 Jobs in the Last 5 yearsBe Comfortable Working and Leading in an Environment with Minimal SupervisionKitchen Manager Benefits :
