The primary responsibility of this position will be to increase the number of sales opportunities for our growing team. You must be able to provide exceptional customer service that builds the trust and confidence of our client base.
This role includes prospecting for leads via telephone and managing all aspects of the leads for our Listing and Buyers Specialists.

Compensation :
$35,000 - $80,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
- Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
- Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
Qualifications :
- Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
- Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
- 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
