We are looking for knowledgeable Accounts Payable / Receptionist experience.
The right candidate will have experience using Sage Software and HH2.
The receptionist is also responsible for general reception, clerical and billing duties.
Full cycle AP with knowledge of HH2 and Sage a plus.Purchase Order assigning and trackingGreet visitors and clients in a positive and professional manner at the office daily.
Answer Telephones in a positive and professional manner and route them accordingly daily.
Process outgoing and incoming mail to include overnight packages daily.
Organizing and tracking supplies to inform on when they are low.
Checking the copier daily making sure it is filled with paper.
Support commercial, residential, and service departments, with multiple tasks including filing, and purchase orders, Other duties as assigned Bilingual preferred but not required
