As an HR Subject Matter Expert, you will be instrumental in shaping and refining our HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with our organizational goals.
Utilizing your comprehensive HR expertise, SHRM certification, and proficiency with key HR technologies such as iCIMS ATS and ADP, you will drive HR initiatives, enhance HR functions, and provide critical guidance on complex HR issues.

Responsibilities :
- Act as the leading authority on various HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and diversity and inclusion.
- Develop, implement, and assess HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company objectives.
- Advise management and staff on HR-related matters, offering expert guidance and effective solutions to complex HR issues.
- Lead HR projects, including the deployment of new HR systems, processes, or programs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Conduct thorough analyses of HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decisions, and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess HR needs, formulate strategies to address those needs, and support workforce growth and development.
- Stay current with the latest HR trends, laws, and best practices to continually improve the HR function and provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance HR competencies within the organization.
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is required.
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role or as an HR subject matter expert.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Proven success in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that drive organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a results-oriented approach to HR practices.
- Proficiency with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ADP, demonstrating experience in leveraging these platforms for recruitment, payroll, and HR management processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
