Our State Farm agency in Mint Hill, North Carolina is looking to add a Customer Relations Representative to our team. We were recently named one of the top State Farm agencies in the country, and as our office continues to grow, we need a polite, patient person with a strong backbone to deliver top-tier care to our customers.

Responsibilities :
- Establish & deepen existing customer relationships
- Learn and become proficient in State Farm’s products and services
- Manage customer needs and office administrative tasks
- Includes handling billing questions, policy changes, assisting in the claims process.
- Develop leads & prospects
- Self-generating business EVERYONE you meet is a potential client!
- Scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop, monitor & improve office processes
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
