We are seeking an IT suppor Technicians to join our team! This is an onsite job where lunch will be provided! We are seeking both experienced and Lead PC desktop computer technicians whith experience taking inventory and handling asset management.

This is a short term contract job.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Use tracking tools to gather PC information and data
- Support onsite technology department staff for project and day to day activities
- Deploy new computer systems and software
- Computer imaging and data / settings migrations
- Report issues, concerns, technical updates to senior client management
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications :
- 2- 5 + years’ experience in servicing / deploying computer equipment
- A+ Certification or equivalent
- Kowledge of Excel and asset management tools
- Proven project experience utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
