Responsibilities :

1. IT Infrastructure Optimization :

• Assess, design, and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with business operations.

2. Technical Support :

• Provide hands-on technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.

3. Network Management :

• Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Implement and monitor network security protocols to safeguard against potential threats.

4. System Maintenance :

• Conduct regular maintenance on hardware and software systems to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.
• Perform routine backups and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.

5. Collaborative Team Member :

• Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing technical expertise and insights to support business objectives.

6. Ownership and Accountability :

• Take ownership of IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend technology solutions to enhance overall business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security protocols.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
