The Designer Will :

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Work with our Creative Director to tailor and design graphics, proposals, and program materials such as slides, workbooks, guides, and handouts that are both creative and consistent with TBG’s brand image across all departments
  • Find and select stock imagery for slide decks, marketing campaigns, and other uses that fit the given design brief and are engaging, current and high quality
  • Trim and edit videos as needed (light editing only) to be delivered to customers
  • Assist in recording in-house digital video projects
  • Update / maintain corporate email signatures
  • Update / maintain digital video library
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends related to digital marketing, e-learning, graphic design, and typography
  • Demonstrate the willingness and desire to learn and continue honing of skills
  • Demonstrate the flexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing work environment
  • Communicate effectively across departments as needed
  • Prioritize and complete projects according to strict deadlines and with high quality

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud : Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are most important for this role
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and balance multiple projects at one time
  • Team-player, problem-solving attitude
  • Must be able to demonstrate significant attention to detail

Education & Experience :

  • College degree in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • A portfolio of past design and creative projects is required
