JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title Sr IT Site Services Specialist
Location Hyderabad
Essential Function
- Provide technical user / systems support for desktops / laptops and user computing environments.
- Contribute to systems and operational projects.
- Perform workstation Hardware / Software installations.
- Perform Hardware upgrades, maintenance and repairs.
- Resolve end-user incidents & service requests via the Service Desk process.
Relationships
Reports to Manager / Sr. Manager / Associate Director IT Operations
Directly Supervises N / A
Provides Work Direction to N / A
Works Closely with All IT Support Teams
External Relationships N / A
Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical consulting to resolve complex technical problems.
- Manage technical operations projects.
- Work with business groups and technical teams to determine technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop training plans and prepare end-user technical documentation.
- Additional projects or tasks as assigned by Management.

Education
College degree in a relevant technical area (Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering) preferred or technical training certificate and equivalent experience.
Language Skills
Native language and proficiency in verbal and written English
Minimum Work Experience
- Intermediate experience in systems support and operations, including LAN administration, PC and User support.
- Intermediate experience is required in one or more of the following areas : Hardware (Intel based equipment), Software (PC based operating systems and applications); and others.
- Intermediate knowledge of standard IP-based networking topologies, networking hardware and exposure to network standards, and network protocols.
