Job Description :
The Sales Coordinator @ Byron Park provides excellent sales and administrative support for the sales process that results in new revenue from prospective residents moving into the community.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5 : 30pm with flexibility for events.
Pay range : $25-27 / hr, plus incentive
What will I do every day?
- Conduct Business Development activity with local community professional organizations
- Conduct and facilitate Open Houses and other types of events
- Deliver presentations to community groups to educate constituents about senior living options
- Connect with prospective customers and contacts on a regular basis
- Ask for and obtain deposits from prospective residents
- Support and maintain the communitys waitlist
- Support the Move-In Process paperwork requirements as directed by Executive Director
- Coordinate the processing of inquiry generation events
- Provide coverage for sales when the Sales Directors are not scheduled to be in the building
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day

- Comfortable with business development
- College graduate preferred
- Comfortable using Canva
- Well versed in social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Prior sales experience with excellent closing results
- Experience with proven sales techniques
- Previous experience working with seniors a plus
- Flexibility to cover sales during holidays
