DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Our exciting and fast-paced downtown Oakland law firm is looking for a Sales and Intake Coordinator to provide sales and marketing support by building a pipeline of leads to meet business objectives.
This position requires tenacity, strong judgment and quick decision-making skills to identify the potentiality of new firm business.
- Generate leads via inbound phone calls, social media and emails.
- Assess eligibility and potential case value based on firm criteria.
- Research and maintain lead database.
- Create client files and enter them into case management system.
- Follow-up with clients regarding case information and documents.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1-2 years sales or lead generation experience required.
- Experience researching and maintaining databases.
- Litigation firm experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
