Job Description :

This Is Voice is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support our events team in organizing and executing company events.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role provides excellent learning opportunities for individuals looking to start their careers in event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including conferences, workshops, product launches, and social gatherings.
• Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Support event marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and managing event registration.
• Maintain communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event details are aligned and executed as planned.
• Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee management.
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial compliance.
• Collect and organize post-event feedback to evaluate event success.
• Assist in the creation of post-event reports and summaries for management review.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to event coordination as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary for events.
• A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
