Account Manager - Commercial Cleaning
The Account Manager is a key position. This position is responsible for but is not limited to : working closely with the Account Manager and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas.
Basic job duties include : training; directing; inspection of trash removal, dusting, spot cleaning, window washing, mopping, vacuuming, washing / scrubbing projects, restroom cleaning, hard floor maintenance (including auto-scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing), carpet maintenance (including spot removal, shampooing and extracting), pressure washing, recycling, and restocking of supplies; and other duties as needed.
This is an evening shift position and requires flexibility as well as weekend work.

2 years of relevant cleaning experience
Bilingual : Spanish / English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office : e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook.
