Pay : $15.87 per hour
Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
This position is not benefit-eligible.
JOB SUMMARY / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
The Accounting Assistant will provide high-level accounting support to the Office of Sponsored Programs with DASH implementation and training validation, accounting reconciliation, and reimbursement confirmation.
Assist with pre-award triage and preparing government files for storage.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of (2) two years of experience in an accounting support role.
Advanced education will be considered in lieu of experience. Accounting experience is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES :
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed Orientated.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports.
- Computer proficiency in various software applications.
