DEPCOM Power is hiring Safety Managers to be the first responders to all emergency and non-emergency construction site incidents and administer first-aid care in accordance with state, local, and national guidelines.
In addition to the following, you will have the opportunity to start a career in safety by learning OSHA rules and regulations, state and local laws, and company policies.
This role requires 100% travel and is based anywhere in the U.S. at a construction job site working in various weather conditions and walking on uneven terrains.
This role will provide a company-paid for monthly trip home plus per diem to cover living expenses.

What You Will Do
Some core responsibilities for a Construction Safety Manager include :
- Respond to calls for assistance.
- Administer first aid care per state, local, and national guidelines.
- Properly assess injuries and coordinate for appropriate transportation to medical facilities.
- Effectively communicate with Safety Managers, EMS Personnel, and Medical Facility Staff
- Assist site Safety Personnel with safety-related duties and inspections.
- Provide detailed documentation of medical and safety-related incidents
- Coordinate with Safety Managers in maintaining the safest and secure construction site environment.
- Additional duties as directed.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR or BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent credential
- State Certification for EMT or Paramedic or National EMT certification, (NREMT)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
What Will Put You Ahead
- Prior experience with Site Safety
- Construction industry experience
- Current OSHA 510 and OSHA 500
