We are seeking a highly motivated operations minded Integrator to work closely with multiple businesses (our clients), providing support, strategic guidance and running their quarterly and weekly meetings,
This role involves traveling once per quarter to meet with clients across the states, helping them to set goals, solve problems, create and track KPIs, and align their operations with their mission and values.
You will play a key role in optimizing their internal systems for maximum efficiency and growth.
Travel will only be for their Quarterly and Annual planning sessions - 4x per year (per client), and then you will facilitate a weekly leadership meeting virtually with each of them.
Compensation :
$50,000+ based on experience
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-person meetings with businesses to understand and improve systems with our proprietary operating system. Quarterly and Annual planning only.
- Virtually facilitate their weekly meetings to help them succeed.
- Assist in setting company goals and developing actionable plans.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure alignment of business operations with company mission and values.
- Collaborate with teams to problem-solve and implement efficient processes.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have the following :
- Strong understanding of operating systems and business integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with KPI creation and tracking.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or equivalents is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site.
