As the CDO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
You will lead a high-performing data team, ensuring data quality, governance, and security while fostering a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a data strategy that delivers measurable business value.
- Oversee data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Build and lead a high-performing data team, attracting and retaining top talent.
- Partner with business leaders to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop advanced analytics and data science capabilities to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Measure and communicate the impact of data initiatives on business performance.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record as a CDO or in a similar leadership role.
- Deep understanding of data management, governance, and quality principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in data modeling, architecture, and warehousing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field preferred.
