IT Project Manager

Aloha! A local utility company in Hawaii is looking for an IT Project Manager to join the team and help with a number of IT related projects.

This resource will need to have 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience and any experience with ERP projects or Salesforce projects is a huge plus.

Description :

This project manager will assist with the implementation of newly created Executive Management Reports and eventually help with their ERP replacement project.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects with a focus on data management and ERP implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and ERP systems.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
