Greer Financial Services is seeking a visionary HR leader to serve as Director of People Services for one of our strategic business partners.

As a key member of leadership, you'll lead HR transformation while fostering an environment where healthcare professionals thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
- Oversee HR budget development and management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and employment laws
- Champion organizational culture and values across the institution
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management
- 5+ years' of progressive HR experience in healthcare environment
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing HR teams
- Excellence in communication and relationship building at all levels
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Experience with HR systems and analytics
Preferred Qualified
- Master's degree in related field
- SHRM-CP / SCP or PHR / SPHR certification
Compensation : Up to $115,000 / annually
