Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Develop and create engaging, accurate, and compelling content across various platforms, including websites, emails, and social media.
- Social Media Management : Execute and manage social media campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure effective ROI.
- Professional Communication : Maintain high-level, respectful, and proficient communication with healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Event Coordination : Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, webinars, and conferences.
- Customer Support : Engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Information & E-commerce websites : Use, proofing, and analyzing various online systems.

- Professional Writing : Proven experience creating high-quality content tailored to varied audiences.
- Social Media Savvy : Proficient in leveraging various social media platforms for brand promotion and customer engagement.
- Communication Prowess : Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with healthcare professionals and customers.

- Team Player : Capability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
- Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Computer Savvy : Able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent experience.
