Summary : The Identity and Access Management Analyst performs duties of a technical subject matter expert for access management and support requirements across all IT Administered Bank systems.
The incumbent is responsible for scheduling and executing User Entitlement Reviews and providing direction and technical expertise in access provisioning and identity governance.
The Identity and Access Management Analyst will also be responsible for understanding and responding to business needs and requirements, as well as conveying security best practices.
Job Responsibilities :
- Access Management and Support
- Serves as the technical subject matter expert for access management and support requirements for all IT administered Bank systems.
- Performs security access reviews (certifications) for applications and business roles
- Determines user / business / functional requirements, schedules user entitlement reviews for all business applications, assesses suitability of access / roles.
- Communicates and develops working relationships with management and business departments, conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Documentation and Quality Control
- Works with business lines to make sure certifications and reviews are complete, thorough and signed off by the appropriate business owner.
- Maintains documentation related to IAM processes, configurations, incident response and runbooks as appropriate.
- Evaluates potential risks when application changes occur and offers appropriate solutions.
- Ensures that documentation is complete, accurate and available to provide to all regulatory and audit requests.
- Strategy and Compliance
- Supports the implementation of new technologies and platforms supporting business objectives to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements regarding access management.
- Safeguards company data by ensuring cybersecurity procedures and regulatory guidelines are followed.
- Ensures control gaps are identified, escalated, and remediated timely.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in business or related field highly preferred; plus 3-5 years relevant work experience.
- Technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On, LDAP, SAML, etc.
- Experience in Identity Access Management and relevant tools / best practices.
- Experience in developing and deploying an Access Control Certification program.
- Knowledge of financial industry and security best practices.
- Broad mix of business and technical acumen couples with exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to foster working relationships with the team, management and business departments.
- IAM or Security Certifications a plus
