The Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level in the Section of Autopsy Pathology in the Division of Anatomic Pathology.
The section is responsible for performance of autopsy pathology laboratory services at University Hospital the school’s 519 bed tertiary care core teaching hospital.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Autopsy Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff, as well as active participants in the educational programs of the Department including teaching medical students, residents, and will be expected to engage in productive research activities.
While autopsy pathology will be the primary clinical activity for this position, preference will be given to those willing to participate on the surgical pathology and cytopathology services.
