Responsibilities :
Devise procedures to solve complex problems, including analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications
Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
Support procurement technology compliance activities with new technologies and upgrades to existing solutions
Provide data analysis and process improvement support for internal Procurement operations throughout the section
Provide PMO support for the unit, including strategic planning efforts across the section
Basic Hiring Criteria :
MS Excel (for data analysis)
MS PowerPoint (briefings and policy slick sheets)
MS Word (review of step-by-steps, SOPs, and policy guides)
MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, and BI)
Outlook (should know how to create rulesets, manage distros and shared mailboxes, etc)
SharePoint (2013 and 2019)
Financial systems familiarization (should understand workflows for transaction management)
Experience comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents
Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues
Ability to solve problems involving complex situations
Ability to draft clear communications for distribution across multiple teams within an organization
Experience with design, creation, and implementation of applications created using MS PowerApps
Experience with design, creation, and implementation of tools / visual displays using MS Power BI
Experience supporting multiple lines of effort across multiple workstreams (particularly within finance / procurement organizations)
