As our resident professional, you are the primary administrator for our business platforms and IT infrastructure. You are a NetSuite professional with at least 5 years of administrator experience and exposure to Shopify and associated APIs.
Your experience working with internal and external stakeholders along with your exceptional communication skills will be vital in transferring complex knowledge to non-technical audiences.

Some of the work that needs to be done :
- Serving as the primary administrator for NetSuite, Shopify, and other productivity platforms
- Maintaining the IT infrastructure, including managing the relationship with our 3rd parties
- Working directly with our clients to help them maintain their NetSuite platform
- Performing system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Creating and maintaining custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards providing actionable insights for stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing workflow improvements and automation solutions to enhance efficiency across all business functions
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a small team jumping in wherever you can to get the job done!

Show us your :
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS or MIS and 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator - extra points for certifications
- Comfortable managing IT infrastructure, cloud applications and eCommerce platform
- Understanding of wholesale business processes related to wholesale merchandise, including inventory, supply chain management, and distribution
- Strong communication skills a gift for transferring complex knowledge to a non-technical audience while building strong relationships
- Nimble and strategic problem solver with the ability to manage competing and time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and inspirational leadership style - you know when to coach, direct, delegate, and support
