Lead Software Engineer

As the Lead Engineer, you’ll lead a small team of nearshore and offshore engineers to drive our aggressive product roadmap.

You’ll work directly with the founder to shape and build the next generation of collaborative tools that power our marketplace, using machine learning and AI agents to scale true collaboration.

This is a hands-on role, focused on architecting and scaling solutions that allow creators and brands to thrive in the creator economy.

Responsibilities :

• Lead full-stack development of cutting-edge collaboration software for the social commerce space.
• Drive product innovation and set the technical direction while building scalable solutions.
• Work closely with a small, global team of engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with the founder to align the technical vision with business growth objectives.
• Manage large-scale data sets, oversee integrations, and continuously improve platform efficiency.
• Write and refine algorithms using numerous incoming data streams to power our brands and creators.
• Scale our infrastructure as we expand rapidly, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in React, JavaScript, .NET, Python, and SQL.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, driving product innovation and team performance.
• A track record of delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Passion for building products that empower creators and brands through seamless collaboration.

Having experience working with either content creators, startups, collaborative software, or bleeding edge artificial intelligence is a plus.

Compensation :

The starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be adjusted in the future.

This role is also eligible to participate in the company's equity plan, subject to applicable terms and policies.
