QSI is known as the Service Center and provides the ancillary business lines and leaders it serves with back-office support in areas such as accounting, compliance, human resources, information technology, learning and development, legal and risk management.
This structure allows the onsite leaders and employees to focus on day-to-day care and operational issues in their individual operations.

Responsibilities
- Focus on long-term organizational objectives, workforce planning, and aligning HR with the company's strategic direction
- Collaborate with department heads to support organizational goals, handle complex HR concerns, and perform investigations
- Develop, recommend, evaluate, and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and continual policy training, and ensure effective onboarding processes
- Effectively navigate and utilize HR systems for data management
- Analyze HR data to drive recommendations for improved company performance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in various states
- Apply an understanding of the unique needs and intricacies of our business lines to HR strategies and decision-making
- Assist with the interactive process under the ADA as needed
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing for leadership and resource positions

- Capably and flexibly support rapid company growth and acquisitions
- Make strategic decisions independently
- Strong employee relations experience and knowledge
- Resolve issues and conflicts successfully using Human Resources knowledge and experience
- Thoroughly investigate alleged violations of company policy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience required
- SHRM or PHR certification required
Additional Information
Compensation : $95,000- $120,000 DOE; may be bonus eligible
Position Type : Full-time, exempt employee
Location : Based out of our San Juan Capistrano Service Center
