Overview :

We are seeking a strong leader with a firm management style to oversee a small maintenance team and drive equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have heavy industry experience with paper manufacturing as the preferred background and must be ready for career growth within a global organization .

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Manage and motivate mechanical maintenance personnel.
Coordinate with planners to schedule and complete preventive maintenance tasks.
Provide technical solutions for mechanical and instrumentation challenges.
Collaborate with the reliability team to implement preventive programs and reduce downtime.
Work closely with operators to address operational issues and identify process improvements.
Mentor team members and help develop their technical skills.
Support outage planning and execution.
Provide rotating weekend and oncall production coverage.

Qualifications :

35 years of mechanical maintenance supervisory experience preferably in a paper mill or heavy manufacturing.
Strong background in reliabilitycentered maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor s in Engineering preferred.
