The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic partner to understand Emory Healthcare staffing demands and develops proactive, innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire diverse candidates for Advance Practice Providers throughout Emory Healthcare.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Effectively and efficiently performs all related recruitment activities, including strategic and proactive sourcing, interviewing, candidate travel and reviewing compensation for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare.
In conjunction with Emory Marketing, develops recruitment ads, mailing campaigns and flyers
In partnership with Event Project Manager initiates and leads APP recruitment events onsite and offsite
Serves as a liaison with Credentialing to ensure candidate move efficiently through the process
Provide updates to APP and HR leaders regarding challenges and success in regard to recruitment of practitioners
Provides training to Hiring leaders regarding TA systems as needed
Strategize with Manager of Campus Recruitment regarding outreach including online platforms to PA, NP, and Anesthesia Programs to engage students
Attended professional association meetings as outlined by TA Leadership to stay up to date on current trends and market data
Demonstrates high levels of knowledge in Talent Acquisition policies and practices including documentation and compliance
This position may require additional duties as outlined by TA Leadership outside the parameters of the responsibilities listed above
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
4 years of experience in recruitment with at least three years working within either physician or advanced practice recruitment.
Demonstrates the ability to understand APP Compliance in regard to Medical Staff Credentialing.
Understands current Talent Acquisition Recruitment Technology and HRIS systems.
Must be able to work independently with the ability to independently solve problems.
Demonstrates ability to be detailed oriented and be a effectively communicate with Senior Leaders.
Position requires frequent onsite meetings and travel up to 30% of the time as designated by TA Leadership.
NOTE : This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs.
Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department of work. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
