Position Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT infrastructure projects.
Work closely with Uline teams in designing / engineering infrastructure projects and manage external vendors in the implementation of infrastructure.
Develop detailed work plans identifying things like project timelines and milestones, risk assessment and management plans and staffing needs.
Establish and provide high quality and informative written and verbal project communications including weekly status, dashboard and project updates.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects.
Skilled in Microsoft Project and Office.
Experience managing projects with a variety of technologies, platforms and enterprise-wide impact.
Experience with hardware refreshes, operating system upgrade planning, Disaster Recovery and IT requirements for building construction, a plus.
