Job Scope :
The Revenue Management Analyst will play a key role in establishing and executing revenue management initiatives within a function that is being newly introduced at the company.
The Analyst will actively participate in shaping the vision of this function and will be integral in bringing it to fruition.
Responsibilities :
- Create and manage reports as needed to support revenue management decisions.
- Monitor, update, and adjust margins.
- Actively participate in the rollout of new revenue management strategies.
- Develop and refine revenue management models to predict and improve financial outcomes.
- Run predictive models and implement recommended or prescribed strategies into operational systems.
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements that can be leveraged to enhance the revenue management function.
Requirements :
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in revenue management, analytics, or a similar quantitative role.
- Experience in finance-oriented tasks, particularly in revenue management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive learning attitude with a strong initiative to grasp new concepts and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including XLOOKUP) at a medium to advanced level.
- Familiarity with SQL and understanding of basic database concepts.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, RapidMiner, KNIME, or Power Query is advantageous.
