Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Nurse House Supervisor!
Will oversee the entire facility from 7pm -7am with a team of 25 FTEs. Acts as a Patient Flow Specialist for supervision and administrative decision making in collaboration with clinical managers and the CNO.
- Licensed RN for the State of Montana.
- At least 1 year experience as an RN in a hospital setting; recent ICU experience a plus.
- Use of multiple IV pumps, ability to operate advanced medical equipment, including A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, patients requiring ventilator support.
- Experience in patient flow, resource nurse and nurse leadership preferred.
- CPR required.
- ACLS and PALS required or obtain upon 6 months of employment.
