We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in PA / WV. Responsibilities :
- Gain knowledge & skills to grow sales territory by 20% year over year and to improve margins by 3%.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to meet sales goals and provide accurate quotes.
- Follow-up on outstanding opportunities within the power generation market
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with other colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Education / Requirements :
- Sales, Marketing, or relevant experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in direct or outside sales a plus
- College education is not required, but it is a plus. High school diploma or Vo-Tech certificate will be considered.
Physical Requirements :
- Must live in the PA / WV area
- Must be able to travel locally
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
