Fire Sprinkler Foreman

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• In possession of or be able to acquire Sprinkler License
• Able to read blueprints and diagrams
• Self-starter, working with little or no supervision
• Strong organizational skills and a positive demeanor
• Capable of performing physical labor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with others

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain all types of fixed fire extinguishing systems (e.g. fire sprinkler, fire suppression)
• Acquire and maintain all required local licensure (ex. City or State)
• Install and service a variety of other fire protection equipment such as standpipes, fire pumps, foam systems, clean agent systems, and underground fire supply piping
• Conduct work in a safe manner utilizing all required PPE, safe work practices, etc
• Travel within the states of service to work job sites as necessary
• Work may include off hours / shift / weekend work as required
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities
