Buyer Agent needed for Highly successful Real Estate Team in Louisville

with 23 year history and over 1200 past sales.

We need a full time KY-licensed Realtor ready to start immediately

working buyer leads.

Free Real Estate Licensing Available

This individual will be :

Passionate about converting the team's buyer leads into successful

closings

• Excited to work in a team environment
• Required to lead generate 3 hours a day, at least 4 days a week
• Competitive with positive attitude
• Goal oriented & Self-motivated
• Experienced in sales
• Technologically savvy
• Held to the Realtor Code of Ethics

As a buyer's agent for our team you will receive :

• Buyer leads
• One-on-one training
• Access to coaching from Top Mega Agents in the Louisville market
• Access to proven systems and tools to help you convert leads and maintain client report
• Administrative support to handle the contract-to-close process
• Marketing materials and tools provided
• Office space

A Hardworking, Goal-oriented Buyer Specialist can expect to have two

sales per month and make over $50,000 per year. Most team members are

doubling their income within their second year with unlimited future

earning potential, based on habits and daily business activities.

Please note : As a buyer's agent on our team, you will be busy maintaining

client and team expectations that require at least a 40 hr a week

commitment. Our team meets in the office on Mondays and every other

Wednesday. Our team works hard at helping each other reach our goals

and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us!
