Description

Essential Functions

• Responsible for monitoring and reporting clinical outcomes
• Leads various process improvement initiatives, including participation on any System-wide quality initiatives
• Conducts chart reviews, data abstraction, utilization review and data analysis activities
• Works with clinical staff to determine effective tools to monitor clinical quality and recommends system or process enhancements that support better quality tracking & / or outcomes
• Keeps abreast of trends in quality research and recommends changes to enhance hospital processes & / or outcomes

• Associate’s Degree Required and
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Work Experience

3+ years clinical experience Required

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite. Required
• Demonstrated critical thinking and communication skills. Required
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for change. Required

Licenses and Certifications

Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Required

Additional Licenses and Certifications

• CPHQ certification Preferred
• in the State of Ohio Required
