Job Summary :
Civility Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Connecticut.
This is a Per Diem, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $22 to $25 per hour, paid weekly.
As a CNA at Civility Home Care, you will play a crucial role in providing quality and compassionate care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in facilities, Memory care, Assistant living and independent living. Following their individual care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
- Administer medications as directed by the supervising nurse
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Keep accurate records of clients' care and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team
Requirements :
- Active Connecticut CNA license
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and assist clients with mobility
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
