PURPOSE AND SCOPE :
The position will work closely with and oversee the entire IT Department, including all projects, staff, and systems. They will work closely with top management to ensure all technology is up to date and functioning smoothly.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff including Hardware and software.
- Design, develop and implement department systems, policies and procedures.
- Safeguard data, network access and system security.
- Conduct regular system audits and analyze outcomes.
- Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
- Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff and employees
- Liaising with other departments, determining, and addressing their IT needs and requirements.
- Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.
- Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years’ management experience in an IT environment
- 2+ years’ experience working with ERP / CRM systems.
- Experience providing IT solutions in a clinical environment preferred.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Involved in Enterprise level upgrades Including CRM, ERP, Network, etc.
- Understanding routers, switches, firewalls, Enterprise Ubiquiti Wifi, VoIP, Call Center etc.
- Experience with Warehouse Management, shipping systems, etc
OTHER SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of all Microsoft and Oracle applications; very solid computer knowledge;
effective trouble shooting skills; ability to multi-task many projects; ability to teach and train employees who need assistance.
They must have excellent communication with top executives and be able to execute projects by given deadlines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position is required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach and kneel occasionally; lift from 15 to 20 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Noise, dust, lighting, temperature, and physical / ergonomic hazards are typically those usually found in an office environment.
