AVA Energy is partnered with a leading power generation OEM as they expand their Service department. This role involves managing the support for installation and maintenance of their centrifugal compressors within the designated region.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the assigned territory to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring they provide effective support to Channel Partners and external customers, address technical issues promptly, and complete tasks with high-quality standards.
- Monitor and assess service quality and technical training, and recommend and implement improvements.
Experience :
- Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, with 4-10 years of experience related to centrifugal compressors or other rotating equipment.
- Management Skills : Proven experience in management or team leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency : Ability to read and interpret industry reports and technical journals, write technical reports and correspondence, and present information effectively in various settings.
- Decision-Making : Capable of making judgment calls based on technical specifications or requirements.
- Customer Service : Strong skills in building and managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
