Pay : $75,000 / annually

The Sr. Site Manager is responsible for managing team and individual performance of managers, site supervisors, and employees.

The Sr. Site Manager will cultivate and maintain successful customer relationships and ensure overall satisfaction through daily interaction and account oversight.

Frequently evaluate company operations, while managing hiring needs and administrative responsibilities. Must have sound judgement to assess and adjust operations needs for the utmost customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide open and clear lines of communication with customers to ensure trust and reliability.
  • Coordinate with customers to discuss suggestions, improvements and challenges and make adjustments as applicable. Continuous follow-up with client regarding workflow status.
  • Create, review, and modify staff schedules and fill gaps and / or correct overstaffing accordingly.
  • Complete monthly customer reports and review with area manager for accuracy before delivery to the customer.
  • Manage applicant tracking, pre-employment process, including the new hire process and onboarding.
  • Manage team and individual performance. Must be able to coach or discipline employees as appropriate.
  • Train coach employees on how to handle a variety of situations, both operationally and with employees.
  • Work with Regional Manager in preparation for seasonal staffing fluctuations.
  • Document Daily Attendance and ensure accuracy of timekeeping system.
  • Assign badges to Leads and Drivers, along with communication devices.
  • Conduct weekly meetings and safety training.
  • Review lots to determine quantity of movement and placement of vehicles. Direct and communicate with staff regarding productivity and document performance issues as necessary.
  • Escalate any misconduct or policy violations to HR immediately as appropriate.
  • Inspect all work areas to detect and correct any unsafe work conditions as well as ensure staff is wearing proper attire.
  • Regular attendance per FleetLogix policy is required and is an essential function of the position. Employees with attendance issues or excessive tardiness will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include :

  • Interview, hire and train employees.
  • Plan, assign and direct work.
  • Appraise performance.
  • Reward outstanding performance / conduct, discipline and terminate employees upon obtaining guidance from HR, provide training, address complaints and resolve problems.

Education and / or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred;

or two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Communication Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policies and procedure manuals.

Ability to fill out write routine logs, reports and correspondence.

Oral and Written Communication : Ensure that important information from his / her management is shared with employees and others as appropriate.

Ensure that regular, consistent communication takes place.

Mathematical Skills

Minimum basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

Minimum basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as Internet, simple data entry devices such as scanners or I-touch note pads.

Licenses & Certifications

Valid driver's license required. Must pass a driver safety skills test and meet FleetLogix hiring standards for acceptable driving record in order to be hired.

Must be at least 21 years of age with minimum 4 years of prior qualified driving experience, required for insurance and customer contract purposes.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to climb;

balance; stoop; kneel; crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to use hands; fingers and arms to grasp, reach, carry, or lift.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Must be able to get in and out of various size cars throughout the day as well as walk areas exceeding 100 yards multiple times per day.
  • Must follow restrictions placed by the DMV for vehicle operation (i.e. : wear corrective lenses while driving).

Compensation and Benefits :

Compensation commensurate with education and experience. The option to enroll in health benefits are offered to all full-time employees on the first of the month following 60+ days of employment.
